2) How to place order on website 如何在网站下单

i) Create an account 创建账号

ii) Choose your favourite pieces 选购您要的款式

iii) View cart to confirm selected colors & size 到购物车检查是否选择正确的尺码与颜色

iv) Promo CODE can only be applied after sign up 登入后才能使用优惠码

v) Check out and fill up your particulars 结账与填写您的收件资料

vi) Proceed to payment and upload the screenshot to prove payment done 汇款后并且上传汇款完成的截图

vii) Order completed. 订单完成

Loween will update your payment status once we have confirmed receiving the transaction; update fullfilled status once we ship out parcel.

后台将会检查后更新您的汇款状态；发货后更新您的包裹状态

viii) We will update your tracking number via Email, SMS & to your website account. 我们将会上传包裹单号到您的邮箱，短信以及网站账号里

Hence, we do not accept refund for courier delayed.

5) How to check my order status on website 如何在网站看回我的订单

i) Sign in your account 登入账号

ii) Go to 'My Account' 前往‘我的账号’

iii) Click your order number #LSxxxx 点击单号

iv) You may check your order status, order details, and also do payment here. 您可以到这里查看订单详情，订单状态与完成汇款。
