It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your purchase details when buying from Loween Women's Clothing, including the size, color, quantity, and any specific requests of the garments.


Once a transaction is confirmed, Loween holds no obligation to provide a refund, exchange, replacement, return, or cancellation.

Customers are encouraged to review their order details carefully before placing an order to ensure it meets your requirements. Please note, all transactions are considered final once confirmed.


Do contact us via Instagram if you receive wrong item(s).  
Returned product(s) must be in original and unused condition such as unwashed, unworn, and unaltered. Loween studio reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn't meet all mentioned conditions.

If you encounter minor damage on fabric, Loween will proceed with credit compensation. All return & exchange shipping cost will be borne by buyer if you wish to make exchange.


Out of Stock
In case of product is out of stock, there are options below:

I) Exchange:
Product exchange upon the same price item or top up to the item which is higher price. Lower price can be returned as store credit for next purchase.

II) Full credit refund:
The amount returned in term of store credit which is equivalent to the payment you have done.

No Refund for Delayed Shipping: We understand that timely delivery is important. However, please be aware that we cannot offer refunds for delays in shipping. Refund Policy Update - Store Credit Only: We do not offer cash refunds. In the event that a refund is deemed necessary under our refund policy terms, the refund amount will be provided entirely as store credit. This credit can be used for future purchases on our website. It’s our way of ensuring that, despite any issues, you will still have the opportunity to enjoy our products.
