The Dote on Mood Lip Pencil is a multi-pencil that can be applied on the lip · eyes · cheeks with a watercolor-like touch.
A cool and warm tone custom over-lip pencil, optimized with over-lip & lip base in a color that takes into account personal color, and allows to create a natural over-lip according to the cool-tone / warm-tone lip tone.
Available in both 5 in 1 multi-pencil lip liner + lip base + cheek + eye makeup + shading.
The crisp and natural 5.5-pie lip liner is a base that gives the perfect color for lip tone correction, and also works as a watercolor-like cheek.
Sticks the moment you apply it without smudging, drying, or keratin exfoliation!
The smooth texture gives an easy gradation on application that’s just like watercolor and the perfect adhesion.
How To Use:
How to draw the over-lip:
1. Apply the lip liner on the area you want to expand. (Be careful not to surpass the lips too much)
2. Apply the lip base to the extent extended to the lip liner. (Blend naturally with the lip liner)
3. Reapply the Dote on Mood Glow Tint to the inside.
